How would you describe your current look?PHARRELL: I go through cycles. Sometimes I want to wear things that are very loud. Kid Cudi Arrested & Tazed at NBA All-Star Weekend
Reports note that Hypebeast favorite Kid Cudi was apparently involved in an altercation over NBA’s All-Star weekend. Set to perform, the rising star apparently got into a shouting match with Reebok associates regarding his refusal to wear Reebok in favor of Air Jordans. Subsequently, police were call in and the altercation escalated to the point in which police stepped in and tazed Kid Cudi.

Kanye West x Spike Jonze x GIRL Skateboards Short Films
A couple weeks ago director Spike Jonze teamed up with Kanye West to shoot a short film. Starring in the film along side Kanye West are GIRL Skateboards member’s Mike Carroll, Rick Howard and Eric Koston. JR PROJECT WOMEN
Bringing to light to one of the largest and decrepit areas of Africa, artist JR created a massive showcase in Kibera Kenya. Taking over a year of planning and organization, the artist covered over 2,000 square meters (approximately 25,500 square feet) of rooftop with eyes taken from the very female inhabitants of Kibera. In addition to the eyes seen on the rooftops, eyes have also been pasted onto a local train and for small periods at a time, intersecting with hillside smiles to create a face. Although pictures have been floating around for awhile, some new images surfaced of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 scheduled to release as a retro this coming April. Officially the first Griffey model baring his name, the kicks were one of Nike’s more popular sneakers in the 90’s (certainly my favorite). Propelling the Griffey name into a legendary sneaker lineup, the kicks were somewhat comparable to that of Penny Hardaway in nostalgic stature, although both of their careers were unfortunately slowed down by injuries. Offering up their limited edition goods and hard-to-find garments, the Japanese streetwear brand opens up their availability extensively.
